Alpha Engineering was tasked with providing a post construction ALTA Survey of the 80+ acre parcel and improvements on the site for project financing and closeout. The project included a main building of over 800,000 square feet with additional support buildings and vast asphalt parking for semi trailers and support vehicles for the distribution center.
