Description:

Alpha Engineering Company completed a master grading and drainage plan for phases two, three and four of the Tuscan Hills development located near Dixie Drive in St. George, Utah. This included mass grading and balance for the overall project as well as specifically addressing expansive soils in the project and designing the grading to minimize costs associated with mitigation of the expansive soil.
